I was actually thinking about Vancouver’s Yukon Blonde on the weekend. I was sitting on the couch with Jameson Yorke (who turned three months on Friday), and ended up watching the How I Met Your Mother episode with the Yukon Blonde reference in it:

Still cracks me up.
Then I get an email from their label this morning with their brand new video for “Guns”. You might think that’s a coincidence. I don’t believe in coincidences. So I’ll take credit for that one, thank you.
Anyways, check out the video above, directed by Joy Broadbent and produced by Jamie McMahon. A bit more ethereal than most of their tracks, but retaining their signature melody and indie vibe. They’re also just about to set out on tour, with many of the dates including another favorite of many friends, Zeus (including here in Edmonton April 5th). Full itinerary follows.
