I already mentioned on twitter that I wasn’t a fan of Shout Out Out Out Out’s bio in that it mentions Edmonton’s high murder rate – which was anomalic for 2011 only anyways – but be that as it may, they’re definitely one of the best local bands we have. A sensational live band, in fact – I’d probably put them up against anyone.
So I was kind of excited to get a presser about their new tour from one of the biggest PR firms in the biz. And the venues are some of the same venues that many other bands I talk about play too, which is definitely a kettle full of awesome.
They’re already confirmed for April’s 2013 MTT Fest in Calgary, and I also talked about them in a post about bands I’d recommend seeing if you’re heading down to SXSW this year, and many, many times previously.
